Hi, I’m Kat!

I am a spiritual activist, intuitive guide, and strategic purpose advisor. For over 20 years I have sat with women at the threshold; in ancestral work, sacred ceremony, and purpose readings — helping them name what they already knew but hadn't yet been permitted to claim.

Alongside that work, I built a 35-year career in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and organizational development for education, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations.

I founded Middleton Cooke Farms in 2022 — a 501(c)(3) dedicated to land reclamation, Black cemetery veneration, and the liberation of Black and Indigenous women. I also host the Sunday SpeaKEASY, a weekly live show on Substack.

I am Brooklyn born. Philadelphia based.
