CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Life happens. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Check your confirmation email for details. If you have any trouble rescheduling online, please contact me via e-mail at thehungrymedium@gmail.com.
As you may have noticed, my availability is limited but rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment shouldn’t be a problem IF there’s an open slot. However, please understand that I am using my energy to serve you so when booking an appointment with me, I ask that you try and commit as best as you can. I don’t offer refunds for missed or late appointments. Please be sure to mark your calendar and take advantage of the courtesy text reminder (for U.S.-based clients) and e-mail reminders from the online reservation system
REFUNDS
Again, I don’t offer refunds for missed or late appointments nor do I offer refunds for canceled appointments. If you need to reschedule, that’s not a problem (please see above). However If you need to cancel and are unsure when you can reschedule, I am sure we can work something out in the form of a coupon code or the like to be used for when you’re ready to reschedule.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Selecting “Cancel” via the online reservation system, does not mean you will receive a refund. It only removes your appointment from the calendar.
